My greatest satisfaction comes from the look of happiness and wonder my cookies give people. Amy's Cookies are made with simple, all-natural ingredients, never frozen. Then baked and iced with care, one pan at a time.
An Established Tradition. Amy's Cookies began in February of 2020, but the roots go back much farther to my first memory of real baking. It was my making my dad's favorite banana bread. That page in my recipe book is still the most worn, with many little spills and flecks of love and homey goodness from through the years. Baking for my family is a sweet labor of love. Sadly, for myself, I've had to go gluten free in recent years. But, that just means more cookies for my fiance and everyone else, so I don't mind... Much.
In It For the Smiles. On any given day, I can be found in my kitchen, working on new recipes, dreaming up fresh creations, or pulling together something fun for family and friends. The look of joy and satisfaction experienced when my treats are delivered and enjoyed is the reason I do what I do. I love putting smiles on people's faces.
Simply Made, Simply Yummy. Personally, I have always loved iced sugar cookies of all kinds. There is even something happy and addicting about those soft grocery store cookies, with thick colorful icing! For a long time, they were my guilty pleasure. Unfortunately, like far too many store bought sweeties, you practically need a degree in chemistry to read the ingrediants labels anymore. My cookies are simply made, from scratch, with a short, familiar ingredient list. Every batch is made with fresh dough that has never been frozen. This lets me deliver unprocessed, wholesome goodness you can feel good about serving to your family and friends.
